yes you can see it that way, because in a rapid game there's not much time to calculate long variations on every move. so the chances of making inferior moves or making mistakes rises . like in t20 we have lesser overs to play with and with an attempt to accelerate the scoring rate you increase the chances of getting out quickly to rash shots. (its worse in blitz games though with even lesser time available)

right now gelfy is too short of time, about 50 sec. plus increments, while anand has 9 mins on his clock.
Anand is a very tough player both by Mind and Spirit. He has kept his card closed for the final touch. We all should pray to the ALMIGHTY FOR A WIN OF ANAND.
