Two poor service games is all it takes to lose against quality players. Federer tried his level best to lose this match, but the opponent was just too generous.

thanks to the poor service games by the quality players, federer has won 7 out 11 titles since US open last year. The quality players must be too generous on federer. if you want to makes excuses, you can do better than that one.

what do you mean by nadal was absent? he lost to soderling.nadal is the best clay court player of all time, but getting to five finals in RG is also a wonderful thing, and in tennis you cannot make a record which is not personal, because it is a individual sports.
