England football team is like indian cricket teams they make lot of money in EPL/IPL making there name but when the time come to play for their country they are not delivered any subsequently making excuse for over cricket/football

Well said - Indian cricket team will continue to lose overseas and BCCI will continue to ignore this failure. Indian Cricket & English Football deserve to be headed by the same person - at least, the salary of the other can be saved !!

I think we are slightly better than English football team, at least we are double world champions. The good thing about IPL is the restriction on foreign players, there is no such restriction in EPL hence local talent is mediocre. A guy like rooney, who btw is not bad, will not make into the first 11's of Spain, Germany and maybe even portugal

Atleast we became champions twice but english football is lacking to win major competition since 1966 world cup.
If you had a chance to analyse the under-performance, you might need to relate the hype created in EPL for England. Equate it to cricket you get IPL......

Spain is far ebtter than any other team. it does not look like losing any game as it does not allow the other team any possession. plus the players are too fast for any team. it will be good to see how this team can loose.
Really it is too much disappointed that Argentina is also Soccer World champion but could not participate in the football matches. However, good soccer team should win the finals.

Absolutely right,,Italy were a far superior side. English defence was vulnerable most of the times.A well-deserved win for Italy.All the english strikers were neatly marked most of the times.
Italy was far better than Englan. It never got the possession of the ball and even when they had they would easily give away the ball.Defence was always open. If an Indian team were to play like this, then definitely fixing enquiry would have resulted.
