AITA should not force the players to partner Paes as neither Bhupathi nor Bopanna has played with Paes as doubles partner since long.Forcing to make team will be detrimental to the winning chances in such big tournaments.Bhupathi and Bopanna should make a team at London Games.
Mr Paes, you have done a lot in India's Davis cup and other team events. But the mere fact that two senior players of the same team have been rejecting to play with you must be a cause of concern on YOUR ATTITUDE. They are also NOT small timers . Infact Hseh has earned more Grand slam titles than you - is NO JOKE, that too prtnering more persons than YOU! Why is it that people dont want to play WITH YOU??
Its NOT jelousy as you and your cotery would like to blind fold you! You have had your way in AITA at all times! you have literally RUN the Davis Cup team relagating others who would have a glimpse of dooing better or even lay a claim to singles or doubles place. They all needed your approval. No there is some body who wanted things to be proper! You know that Doubles has got a thing called Combination which is a human element! It certainly means either you lack human approach lately! By suggesting that you would like to pair wih Bopanna who was pairing with Hesh you only wanted to break a in form pair! By saying that you will NOT pair with Vishnu and Som ( who is actually FIT and AITA doesnt want to acceptt so) you are denying a chance to youngsters ! You had also tried to stall sending of second pair by suggesting only one pair should go! So has yourfather!! why? are you both stalling experience to youngsters or are you afraid that they may out-do you??if not today later?? Is it in the interest of the Nation? Dont beat tgha patriotic bugle!!... to fool others

Jelousy is the name Bhupathi is doing . He is jelouse about the love nation is doing with Paes . India loves Paes more then anybody . Paes done somany thing to proud nation while Bhupati doing things only for him and his sport management company. Actualy Paes refused his company offer many years ego , so from that point he is aiming for a revange an try to stop him . Bopanna is also his company,s client so Bopanna is also supporting him . But we LOVE Paes just for his love and secrifies for the INDIA .
Mr Leander the best team is Bhupathi and Bopanna - a team that has been playing and coaching together. So stop acting like a victim when you and your father are creating all this tamasha. AITA did a goof up and picked up you and Bhupathi. Forgive them. Now they have fixed the problem. But I still pity poor Sania who is now stuck with you.
Leander Paes with all his experience should know that playing doubles in tennis is all about camaraderie and gamesmanship with a partner. You cannot force anyone to play with you just like in a marriage you cannot force anyone to marry you. His argument on playing for the country and patriotism is just a smokescreen and won't work with human relationships. After all a tennis player partner is still a human and not a robot to follow Paes' orders and diktats!

Good comment. Paes is a megalomaniac. He is highly selfish and want to take the COMPLETE CREDIT of WIN on a doubles game and never respect his partner. He's acting and bossing in an unhealthy manner and ITS PAYBACK TIME from Mahesh, Bopanna etc. He deserves it. He things like double partnership in tennis is like hiring pros....te for a one night stand off and no strings attached next day.

Both these guys bhupati and bopana should be banned for life by the AITA, all the money spent on them taken back. The brat mahesh grew up for the simple reason that leander took him under his wings in the initial stages. now this back stabber calls leander a back stabber. Ban both the rascals.

Why? Did AITA take care to inform and ensure that players who are to play together had enough time to prepare together, have good understanding and were in best possible physical and mental condition??!! Why should players be banned for irresponsibility of AITA officials?? ...or is it politicians?!!

Yes, ego and grudge is more important than national pride. ...just like Leander. Leander wasn't practicing with Bupahti or Bopanna during the months when were preparing together. Him being top ranked player do not ensure that he is the best partner for any player without any practice, teamwork and understanding.
