this i told in advance....i know bindra personally..he is one arrogant chap especially his father..bindra has applied for mohali plot 2 years back and got one in sportsman category....he got one 500 mtr plot worth 3 crores in 36 lakhs though bindra has already got one previously by state govt..bindra was forced to surrender..GMADA authorities didnt go for criminal charge against him bcoz he was celebrity being gold medal winner....

Yet to finish the 6th round. Bindra moved up to 7th now. Probably this will be the final result. Narang 4th and Bindra 9th.
If Narang gets all his 4 remaining shots to 10 points then he can move up to 3rd spot or even 2nd spot.
abhinav bindra along with others like susheel kumar , who have really held india on top of the world. but have they been heard of like cricket stars? are they gettinig any recognition? Cricket has spoiled all other sports in india. this game ( where 95% of the matches are fixed), will rule india for coming years also. only players get rich. and selfish people want to play this game till 45th year, as it gives them ad IPL selective ODIs and Tests more importantly records.. I really hope cricket looses it shine in india and more importance is given to hard working sportpersons from other category of game like vijender, sushil kumar, saina nehwal and bindra...
When will we be a force to reckon with at the olympics? After a long wait, we have got a sports minister who has the will to bring out reforms in indian sports. But if he has to do something, he can only do it with the support of indian olympic association, sai and other sporting bodies and that's where the problem lies. Corruption is taking the centre stage everywhere. People like kalmadi, ranbhir singh, srinivasan, kps gill, praful patel etc etc is bent on filling their purse at the expense of the hopes and aspirations of an entire nation. They elect themselves as the head of their respective association with the support of their peers who are corrupt as well. Unfortunately, this is the bane of being a democracy. Inefficient candidates find way for themselves to get to the top and ruin the nation. If our honourable sports minister, can somehow find a way to implement the sports bill, then that single step will revelutionise indian sports. But can he achieve that goal? Thats the million dollar question!!! The nation's image is getting tarnished at the global stage and still the corrupt peeople are able to implement their agenda without even a small hick up

Chinese Zhu Qinan to win the 10 m air rifle event in the Beijing Olympics (he scored 700.5 to Zhu's 699.7).
Zhu had been the unquestioned favourite for the event and was perhaps a little overconfident. He could not beieve that he was beaten. Unable to overcome the grief of losing so narrowly, he burst into tears while stepping up to receive his silver medal.
Zhu is very much there in London to reclaim his prize. And this time he is reportedly determined not to be complacent.
Abhinav Bindra needs to be at his very best to entertain hopes of winning a medal this time! And he is still India's greatest medal bet!

Mr.Piri...This is Olympic and opponent beat there counterparts by this whisker. Its so hard to get a Gold here coz world beaters compete for ultimate Glory here....No stage is bigger then this. 100 meter sprinters win by second's 100th margin. Abhinav Bindra was best in Beijing and this time too if his preparation is strong then no one can beat him this time too. He till again win by .5 margin !!
