MMS and Sonia are having sleepless nights

Because someone from Khan brigade was not given the honour of running with the Olympic torch. After all minorities have first right on this nation.

With due respect to ABsaab, wasnt there anyone else from India (specially sportspersons like PT.Usha) who could have carried this torch? I know AB has a great fan following but athletes would be more encouraged if someone from their domain (not bollywood or politics or industrialist) comes. They could have made 2 people carry this (like Amitabh-Milkha or Amitabh-Usha, etc).

But one good thing is that SRK or his likes are not called for such an act :)

I agree with you, people in their respective fields can get encouragement ,benerjee has said e gets encouraged by Sachin, other athletes mentioned about the guys who got medal in the olympics, kapil dev ,sunny, prakash pedunkde but in our country idoits worship movie actors and now look it the war started khan vs amitabh here but the fact is they do not have any business here .

No logic Mr. AB taking part in Olympic torch relay. It is purely related to games related occasion. It seems India's resources has dried up and AB is only iconic figure to represent anywhere n anything. Though I myself is a big fan of AB but not for this memorable day.

Dude, why blame AB or India? It's a tradition to allow famous people and achievers carry the olympic torch. There is a large Indian population in Britain and who better to involve them than AB.

In that case Ajay, a prominent figure (ACHEIVER) from UK should have been the real choice.
