Hockey rules changed to destroy Asian power
They know that India and Pak cannot afford to make turf in many parts in 80s; they changed the rules and the surface to destroy the power

Home work that was done well by western stragegists

Turf needs more stamina since it is fast.

So, comparing wins, compare wins and loses on original surface and see where Ind-Pak stands against the world.

Even today, India does not posses turf surface in most towns. So, where can we produce talent? City people are weak. Rural are stronger with more stamina but no surface to play

the infighting in IHF lead to all these chaos..instead of fiting FIH they were fighting themselves for more power..that spoiled everything..nobody got time for surface..the westeners took advantage of this..

Very correct reason. Sadly most people don't understand how hockey was hijacked by west.
Indians & Pak are experts in Dribbling and maneuvering which was needed in Ground hockey...now only fastness & power is needed in turf hockey.

India finishing top 6th finish itself is big achievement. This current team is young without the experienced players .

mr. vimal! you should not say like that. since hockey is our national sport, there is no one to sponsor our team.our players have good talent with winning spirit.why always be mad of cricket. let us give our support to other sports also. JAI HIND!
