Why not to start choosing players at the age of 8-10 years, train them for next 5-7 years and depending upon the performance short-list & continue with remaining prospects. We must hv minimum 6 centres in the country (Noth, South, East, West, Central & North-East. We should encourage 18 year olds Shiva & Deepaka who could not deliver in their 1st attempt in Olympics but will come back in 2016 & will return with Gold Medals. Give one centre of the 6 to defence, alott a fixed amt to them and they will produce results as done by China. Thereafter same training schedule can be adopted at oyher centres.
