Somehow that explanation that Kalmadi is going on 'individual' capacity doesn't wash.He has been invited as office bearer of AAA and IAAF both posts he holds and reprents India because of his being IOA president.However due to the corruption cases he himself has accepted not being the de-facto IOA President .So, once he is not IOA president he cannot represent the international committees like AAA ,IAAF etc. and represent India.Any way let the law take its course.
