After all the hoopla, the Indian players will be finished by the second round. Paes and Mirza will qualify for the "Tin Medal". Unfortunately, they don't provide such medals in the olympics.

First Round Exit, Second Round Exit cannot take away glory from participating in Olympics.
India will not win a single medal in this Olympics. These players are still so immature and kiddish with each one commenting something silly thru Media. Cricketers handle controversy much better!

Having said this, i think Leanders stand was far more professional than emotional. He stood no change playing with Devvarman, so he did not play for the sake of playing. He continues to agree to play with Mahesh and Rohan despite all controversy as for him its just a professional alignment for one tournament. They dont have to sit for dinner with each others families.

Leander to Tennis is like Sachin to Cricket. Just selfish...and go to any extent and try manipulating things. Good that we have players like Mahesh and Rohan who don't get bullied and fall into trap.
With Bryan & co in the fray, its tough but with the ability of the two we can make a podium finish.Cant writeoff Paes, he is true fighter and in his co. the partner also takes her game few notches up.

Sania and Bupathi have put indian sports to shame. Sania wanted free tickets to London for her mother - otherwise wont play for India. AITA has accomodated this by making her mother the coach.
Bupathi is a cry baby that forgets the spirit of Olympics is to play as a team. Shameless guy !

As an ex-olympian he is more focussed in getting medal this time than ever. So it is not his fault to fight for the cause of India if both Bhupathi and Bopanna feel that they are better off than playing along with Paes. U should know the facts first before tormenting and erasing recent spates that Paes and Bhupathi had over time and again.
eternally optimistic... everyone seems to have a chance to win a medal here. what next will this guy say "India will finish a close second to China in the final medals tally"

AITA and misra are expectations are far away from ground reality..they were sleeping through last two years whn all our stars were playing with diff partners....now without any planning and 11 th hr pairing with lot of hue and cry and with literally zero practise...hope after hope ..really great show to witness before such a big event

India should be proud even if they stick in the bottom of the tally for they want to give it there best. Its every athlete dream to win medal and if they even win one medal they stand to say that they came to Olympics representing billions of hearts.
