It is very simple..Fedex, Djoker or Nadal done play Doubles, for that fact top 100, I dunno how many play doubles. So no wonder less ranked player like Bhupathi, Leander win tournaments and one of the main reason they always get a early exits in Olympics becos all these top players, play doubles only for olympics.
Bhupathi started it second time , he is not interested in the country or the sports as such. He is naradhamuni of tennis. He should have been sacked, moment he said that he is not playiing iwth paes.

Everyone here, you people need not blow this little 'issue' out of proportions. Doubles tennis is a lot about team chemistry and knowing each others' moves and tactics well. You can't develop that overnight, you know. Why blame poor Lee, Hesh and Sania when it is the AITA authorities who are at a logical fault from a tennis standpoint. They are not singles players who can just randomly be paired up. Hesh and Boppanna took the decision to pair up long before in the best interests of the country. Paes was well aware of it. The right thing for the AITA to have done was to have let players decide for themselves. They are the ones who ultimately go out on court on their own and should be comfortable. So, please all people of India who happen to be reading my words, DO NOT stretch this further as it will only shift our focus from olympic glory.
(Bashers, No 'HATE' comments please. You should have read this at your own ideological risk.)

So you mean to say.. Just because the 2nd grade players get along well, the top seeded player should be told that "you are rejected because the others are friends and get along well. you may be the best in the country, but we are sorry?" Is this a school picnic.

the best interest of the country was in top seeds playing together i.e lee & hesh . but hesh chose his own compatibility over the country and decide not to pair up with lee . AITA should have stopped all of them from representing the country and save tax payers money .

Please read my post a second time. Paes may be the top seed but that is considering his performance with all partners. I repeat, it is not singles tennis where there is a definition of \'best\' player. And besides @zhatu Hesh and Bopanna can\'t be called \"2nd grade\". Paes should have expressed his laments the time when he agreed to part ways with Hesh. @subhashish It is because people like us cant play the great game that all of these guys represent our country. Be proud yaar, they are multiple Grand Slam holders. That\'s not easy.
The players should forget their persnal enimities and concentate on the game as they are plying for the country. Of course this is a great challenge. Best of luck for them
SEND PAES AND BHUPATHI TO KINDERGARTEN SO THAT THEY CAN RIP OF THEIR SHORTS. SEND SANIA TO PAKISTAN SO THAT PAKISTANI COURTS CAN TAKE DECISION. ANYWAY PAKISTANI COURTS ARE FASTER THAN INDIAN COURTS IN SACKING PRIMEMINISTER
