The soft pedaling by FIFA against offenders has lead to such harsh charge by goalkeepers & defenders. The hard tackling in form of raised boot, heading into the neck of players, rushing into forward to grab the ball & hitting elbow in stomach should be met with suspension by an year & repeat offence should see life ban if football has to be revived as a game.
i donot know why these match organizers do not make arrangements like emergency medical facilities at play grounds.i think the organizers must be taken to task and criminal action must be initiated

I'm shocked to learn that hospitals refused to entertain an emergency, did they at least attempt any first aid / CPR etc or plainly refused to entertain an emergency. God damn Indian politicians/System. Feel Shy to call myself an Indian!
... all ICUs of all hospitals are full, and semi and general wards are empty. If someone did a sting operation, it would definitely confirm that more than 50% of patients in ICUs were hale and with minor afflications, so that the hospitals can rake in hefty charges from insurance companies.
And when there is an emergency, this is what happens.
we r on 163rd position in fifa world ranking and in our nation players r dying on football field no facility for players even we don't care for their life shame on all of us for this condition my full sympathy is with his family very sad incident
