It was a really really thrilling finish as the peloton closed in on the 4 riders ahead li'l by li'l. How the team sky put cavendish ahead in the peloton, it looked like he will overtake the breakaway and win, but my word, what an excititing last moment finish by powerful greipel to win this stage. however it was another flat track. greipel might struggle in the mountains where his timing will suffer.

it was a fine effort by the argentinian to come third too. but goss and haedo didn't have the raw power as greipel to finally clinch it.
