she is very unreliable one time looks good ,rest of time just crashes out (SINLES) DOUBLES - even Indian men won some
Saina Nehwal plays Badminton singles and she is a bit more reliable

Doubles matches require lesser skills than singles matches. Generally, doubles matches are players of lesser skills compared to fast paced singles OR played by renowned singles players for entertainment purposes. No wonder you see Leander, Bhupathy, Sania Mirza, who cannot get in top 100 rankings winning the doubles tournament. One Nadal is enough to beat Leander, Bhupathy combined on any given day. Such is the huge gap in quality of their plays.
This is only second time Sania reached Semis of any grand slam -- ok
How many indian women reached to this level ... Sania can not be compared with Saina Nehwal ... but again both represents two entirely different games ... Badminton does not require even fraction of energy required in tennis .. you will hardly hear that badminton match went on for 3 hours ...starts appreciating things ... its almost 10 yreas now sania is representing india in international gradn slams ...

My dear friend, did u ever play badminton. I advise you to play few games of badminton with some one who is good at badminton and then you will know how tough this sport is also. I strongly believe you might be you have played badminton with your delicate Girl friend without stretching any of your nerves.

great , no comparison etc , whoever is putting Indian name on winning board should get indian support. If Indians are not supporting who else will support . wish her good luck in SF.

Wow... never seen such a thing... On match point, Sania/Vesnina denied win even ball clearly bounced twice and chair umpire allowed rally to go on... It became 6-6 in tie break from 6-2. Anyways, Sania/Vesnina finally won 8-6 but umpire nearly screwed them!!!!
