This is the height of Govt. meanness. Main election Agenda for Govt is to protect corrupt, stashed black money, Increase price, Increase salary of non performer leaders, Give chance to fight election to criminals , Increase quota , Divide and rule.
Did anyone notice? CBI told the court that charges are yet to be framed. What was CBI doing for last 9 months. I cannot believe that CBI is still investigating the case and they are not able to frame charges. If anyone is put in Jail, there is certain time limit before which the case should be filed. It clearly means that CBI has been given enough money by Govt to delay the investigation so that all people who were locked up can come out. Raja would also be back anytime soon.
congrats Mr. kalmadiji. I am really feeling happy . I sincerely request u to open institutions where u can guide students on how to do corruption to the core and how to avoid law . And also tips to get out of jail as quickly as possible. I wish u best for doing this .
THIS IS A QUESTION THAT ONE CORRUPT PERSON OR ONE CRIMINAL HAVE GET SAME PUNISHMENT,NO,SO THE CORRUPTION MADE BY THE EDUCATED HIGHLEVEL PERSON BECUSE THEY HAVE THE POWER AND THE LAW FOR THEMSELV THEY DO IT AND REALISE.
This is our constitution & judicial system in India. Every corrupted people will get bail except you and me will be behind bar when these corrupted politicians or rich people make us fool taking the advantage of our simple life.

Very true. This is an inspirational verdict for whoc wants to do corruption. Do the coruption in millions and pay few lakhs for bail.
it helps all the high level criminals with high level corruption taking money from them in kalmadi case the bargain between kalmadi magistrates and cbi has taken for 9 months in kanimozhi case it was quick next a raja will also be out in no matter of time shame on indian judiciary shame on cbi and indian intelligences a leader does scam for lakh crore and charge sheet is framed for 200 crores is the funny part of indian cbi even after that he escapes out of jail in less than a year saying mother of kid or health or some non sense reason
