The Indian authorities are having fantasy dreams. They will be lucky if they win one medal, let alone three that they won at Beijing. As for hockey they will certainly fail to qualify (both men and women). By saying their tally in London will be better than Beijing, I feel that they are talking in terms of "golf scores".
