Nobbs has turned team into a better unit with good defense that was sorely lacking in Olympics.The sacking of Shivinder,Sandeep along with few more who were very selfish players never quite following the instructions of Coach was a good move.Well done Team Hockey & get into Finals

It seems you dont have any knowledge about hockey. Top 8 teams are participating CT among 136 hockey playing nations.

What Sumit says is partly correct. The German, England, Aussie team have rested their key players. They are not competing. Not sure about Netherlands and Pakistan though.

All the teams came over here with the new look. The old guns are rested. That is the case for India also. But still this is second most coveted tournament for all the nations.

Maybe this is the third most coveted trophy after WC and Olympics. Nevertheless no denying, great performance by India. Also our so called key/senior players like shivendra and Sandeep were shown the door
