Lack of ZEAL,ENTHUSIASM,& mongering policies have made India an inconfident country with shaky inhabitants.Poor govrnance is the root cause for our mockery.

Amazing India!

I dont understand where we are headed. 65 years post independence and we are so happy that we have won the meager 1 silver and 3 bronze medals. How can there be so much of a difference between two neighbors of similar population. China heading towards 40 golds and some 80 odd medals and look at where we stand. Dont know where we lag? Is it dedication from the individuals, lack of infrastructure, lack of will and focus towards olympics or what? 1.2 billion people, but still happy with 4 medals. On any international forum, be it sports, politics, United Nations, we are just not there. We are viewed as bunch of dumbo's fit for only internal politics and back patting each other. Things should change now. Its high time we show that we are not just present, but we matter too.

Gold vs Bronze

An olympic gold could not earn respect for Cassius Clay...hope Mary's bronze will be able to earn more respect for Manipur.

Hope that May's Olympic Bronze can do what Cassius Clay's Olympic Gold couldn't...
