Indian hockey federation officials are oblivious to the truth. Australian coaches such as Greg Chappell and Nobbs are disastrous. These coaches do not concentrate on strengthening the areas of weaknesses of different players in terms of technique and skill by providing them enormous practice. Instead they complain about the physical fitness of Indians and give them useless exercises that do not technically make them formidable. These types of foreign coaches are rats that feed on the corn, but do not deliver. We need coaches like John Wright and Gary Kirsten who will work with the team in a congenial manner and achieve extra-ordinary results.

At least the Pak team won a few matches and were in contention till they lost today. Quite a contrast to the thrashing received by our team in all the matches. We seem to be heading for a no 12 finish.
