You both give more than 100% when you play for India. You both are an inspiration for all budding sportspersons in India. Well done Sania and Leander!!!
Our nation is wanting in strength, physique, and respect. If our bodies and minds are not strong and tough, how can we attain our goals and make ourselves respected ?
Winning ! should be our only goal from now on.
And to win we must be ready to sacrifice and sweat and bleed.
The total emphasis should now be on sports.
We need 2000 Professionally-run athletic academies in India that regiment at-least 400,000 youngsters to a form of athletic servitude in every conceivable Olympic sport.
We want this vast sports machinery to be constructed and managed well.
From morning to evening we want Indians to be practicing the sport they are assigned to from a tender age of 7 or 8and in which they have shown promise.
Extreme regimentation and extreme hard-work and furious competition is the key to success.
That alone will change this shameful situation we Indians find ourselves in today.
We need to be worthy of the soil we are standing on and the blood which flows through our veins.

What shameful situation?India is world champion in lazy cricket played by 10 countries. Cricket is value for money since one can watch it from dawn to dusk. All these other games are hopeless since they end fast. Games like tennis, badminton and football need a lot of running around. Why play them when there is a 'beautiful' game where one can just stand and score. And fortunately, this 'beautiful'game is not played by most of the world. So relax and enjoy cricket.Forget about other games, olympics etc.and live like the proverbial frogs in the well.Mera bharat mahaan !!

so funny all the world participates in olympics because there are lots of events but each event is participated by a few select countries only. There are 50 odd cricket teams but only 10 qualify for world cup so it is not cricket it is you who is lazy.

In saying '50 odd teams'you are implying that it is wrong. ICC tried for years to popularise cricket without success. Some countries formed teams but soon disbanded them. Now cricket is popular only in the indian sub-continent. It is dying elsewhere.Remember Viv Richard's statement 2-3 years ago- 'cricket is dying in west indies'.

ok so more than 50 teams still play cricket matches among themselves for my sake even after being disbanded by you. And one cricketer talking about one country proves your point. You are such a genius.

Gausha showed a good spirit even after loosing. Vijender is a better ranked player. We expect more from him. Anyway, the match is over. Wish he plays better in QF...
Where are the Indian "Scavengers" of Tennis in Singles competition? Where is Bhupathy, Leander, Boopana and that Big Beooboed bimbo Mirza girl in Singles tennis?....Ah yes, they are busy scavenging for advertisment contracts and hiding their mediocrity in doubles tournaments. Pathetic loosers
