Lin Dan is greater as he has won all the titles super series as well a s the Olympics.
The difference I find between Indian Players and Chinese/Malaysian/Korean Players. Our Players talk about winning wheres Chinese players or lee chong wei wins.
We had Prakash Padukone and P.Gopichand who won one All England as their major title. One needs to admire Lee Chong Wei as he the only player in the world of badminton who has stopped the chinese onslaught.
Sania Nehwal has the potential but there are 3 great chinese players for th title too please remember

Don't forget the fact that Lee Chong Wei is ethnic Chinese born and brought up in Malaysia!!!!

The day you start thinking beyond Cricket or imbibing True Sports Culture, you'll also start producing World Champions by the cartload. Till then, it'll just be flash in the pans for us.

I mean in 2008,Beijing games,Abhinav_Bindra got gold,Sushil_Kumar and Vijender_Kumar got bronze...
This year,I definitely expect the tally to be around 10-15 with 3-4 golds in Shooting and Boxing...

We ALL Know, Saina can reach Semis ( At Best )in Olympic and when it comes to China Vs Saina - - - - - China wins !! Saina NEEDS "Kinatic Energy" and NOT "Potantial Energy" to Win Gold at Olympic. However Even by reaching Semis at Olympic, she can assure India Bronze Medal if NOT Gold .

Not necessarily she will lose at China Wall The Great Prakash Padukone lost for quiet a while with dragons. Then he defeated EVERY ONE of them (Hangs/Wangs/Lee Et all) to win All England

my dear madhav gokhale in the 1980's when padukone played the chinese players were not allowed to play in all england tournament, so what you are writing that prakash defeated the wangs & hangs of china is false.prakash beat players of denmark & indonesia. once the chinese entered in the 1990's the entire badminton scene changed.
