Golden words from the India's oldest living marathoner.

If there's something you can't change then why worry about it? Be grateful for everything you have, stay away from people who are negative, stay smiling and keep running.

So Indians who read this stop thinking about just making money in your lives, put your shoes on and start running. A secret for the flat tummy.

By that yardstick, screwing is the best exercise. Just lie down & strain only one muscle.....

Too bad you don't have that one muscle to strain hey Pat?! Laying down or standing up... you just can't get it to 'stand'... this Sardar is more man then you will ever be in your lifetime :)

As a medical student, an advise to to all friends

Dont run, running wears out your knees and ankles.
SKIPPING is the best exercise- does not damage the knees and ligaments
And WALKING is also 'low impact' on the knees- so WALKING is great too.

NO JOGGING/NO RUNNING...Fauja Singhji is great, probably has great geneology....Look Luck to him and God Bless !!

sudhir dhar.. don;t run even a dog is chasing you.

This sardarji is running for hours and he has no problem and he is now 100 years old. You will never reach even 50 if you don;t run...!

What lesson? The only lesson they will learn is "START RUNNING ONLY AT 100 (if you live), NOT TILL THEN."

See the paradox
by Pat Thakur on Sep 03, 2011 12:46 PM  | Hide replies

One sardar has completed his century; still has no fear stretching his limits & running those extra kilometres on his own.

While another's sitting on top of all Indian's heads (thanks to the PIZZA LOBBY); still has to seek permission from his Madam even for running to the loo.....
