Digvijay SING was lamenting the fact that his friend Kalmadi was still in jail. Perhaps he could have done a much better job like he did in the CWG project!

Someone told me that apparently, Kalmadi is in some way a beneficiary of the BIC race track through business holding in some form. Don't know if it's true.
