Very confused, if force team hires vittel can he win or they have to buy a good engine.

At this level, drivers are all good, pretty much (very little difference in their abilities). But its the car that makes a huge difference.

dont know about vittel, but if they get VETTEL, then some chances are there

Force India is already using Mercedes engine, whereas Vettel Team is using Renault. What matters is the construction of the car, which not only involve engine, but other things too.

but are all engines standard? is same Merc engine used in Schumacher's car also or that is a better quality?

They are all V8 engines but of course they are not exactly same..According to evidence, Merc seem to have top speed higher than Renault and Ferrari..But what makes a F1 car more or less successful is Aerodynamics design..Ofcourse other aspects matters..Remember, almost all the technology that you see in road car has its root in F1. safety, energy efficiency , aero to name few..
