well if its 800 per sq meter then rediff needs to proof read it's article.
Land price in NOIDA or for that matter Gurgaon soared up because of value addition by way of planning,branding,marketting and utilisation and therefore farmers should be put in their place. Only cheap charlie vote bank policy is ruining the party. NOIDA would have remained a ghostcity/crime capitalhad corporate world not put in place infrastrcture such as roads, malls,toll-bridge,townships etc. The farmers in NOIDA and Gurgaon got easy money,enjoyed,involved in crimes and now that all is lost are realising inadequacy of compensato. Both Govt and judiciary must put them in their place.
I agree we have illliterate peoples, but done belive among so many , no one was literate, and why all this now, why have you not though earlier, when land was sold , you were happy with the price, but today due to F1 land price have been appreciated, where in you feel that you are cheated ? , is this a justice . I agree we have a 500% corrupted governments, but in other countries too have atleast 75% corrupted politicians. except that our politicians want to legalise corruption as corruption rate in INDIA is more than 500%.

They have taken the money,purchased LCD,car,bike,drank foreign liquor etc and finished it already.That time they did not get reminded of their children. Now need more...
Con-party is behind this instigation as they are jealous and wants to take revenge of CWG blow.
