when will we unite

It is a shame that Union Carbide which was responsible for the deaths of 25,000 People and left more than half a million disabled left India scot free mainly due to an utterly useless and spineless government and its lackadaisical attitude towards their own countryfolk. Had it been the US the company would have had lawsuits in billions of dollars of damages.

It is the time to protest against this outrage and boycott the Olympics. I am deeply saddened that none of the messages reflect the loss of life which happened in Bhopal on that fateful night in 1984. IOA is a joke. Is Bhopal not a part of India ? Or do only MP people need to protest ?

If India boycotts then
by Bigb tripathi on Nov 29, 2011 01:53 PM

India will loose more than Olympics. India does not even win handful of medal there..The boycott will have little affect on them..On the other hand India has spend lot of tax payers and donation money on training athletes in the hope that they will get some medals eventually..Now that will go waste. Olympics comes in once in years. People who loose the compete in one might not get a chance to compete in the next one.

Do they care?
by Incredible India on Nov 28, 2011 04:33 PM

Any way India's performance is hardly a highlight in the event; so who cares whether India participate or not; why would London loose their sponsor for India;
And secondly I dont understand why is India boycotting; does it makes sense? the company is already sold to the new owner who dont have any role in the tragedy;
So if that is the case why is India in relationship with Britons;after all they enslaved us for 2 centuries and k11ling millions

Sportspersons the world over will be saddened by this.
With India not boycotting, the chances of others winning medals have been dimmed considerably.
