Both ManU & ManC is on the verge of losing the chance to qualify for knockout stages,Basel is strong at home & Bayern is strong away,there is slim Chances of ManU to qualify if they draw with Basel,but ManC requires win against Bayern which is tough task.

Benfica 1-1 Manu(Home),ManU 2-2 Benfica(away)Agg (3-3),Benfica qualifies on away goal rules.
