In India they are all incompetent ,unwanted misfits coming and people with out self respect occupying positions as political favors .They are like leaches or parasite living on others what do you expect from scums.

If you have no idea,why post bullshit? The archers are mainly from Manipur),Jharkhand,West Bengal,Sikkim and Assam.

SAI is incompetent and useless as government organization.
