Sania is a Good Tennis Player but she is going through Bad Patch, wrost phase in her career. The fact is except Media NO BODY, specially Tennis Fans in India Never supported her whole heartedly. This is because she follows perticular Book. Entire Fan support went to Saina Nehwal , Reason obviously known !!!! Saina needs encouragement from Fans and NOT Bashing . Shakil, Please do not think that no one supports Sania just because of some reason which I've heard it for the first time. There are many many people who support her and that is visible if you see the number of people watching her matches live. There are some critics who think she is hyped. That does not matter to me anyways.
About Sania and Saina Nehwal, let us compare them to some cricketers. When Harbhajan won matches for India against Australia, he was the most popular. When Yuvraj won the world cup for India, he is the most popular. You cannot help if people start supporting someone else.
You should not compare Sania and Saina, because they play two different sports.
One thing is true. Sania Mirza is the best womans tennis player to ever play for India.

Agree with you. She is number 1 in india deosnt make her a great sta. It just shows how poor we are in tennis.
