Mr. Kalmadi has been announcing from rooftop that Mrs. Sheila Dikshit has got 70% of the allocation. She spent / diverted / swallowed most of the funds. Even before the enquiry was commenced, she blamed Mr. Kalmadi for the mess. This is not proper. First take his allegation in true spirit. Let her also be under scanner.
