Losing after having won two sets indicates more than anything, the weakness of the mind. Federer played two awful service games. In today's highly competitive environment, one mistake can be fatal. Federer still has a great game, but he cannot maintain his consistency for 3 hours, and hence I am sorry to say that he has no chance to win any tournaments now. It is better for him to take retirement lest he should be relegated to lower ranking.

only if you care to remember that Federer was the finalist at Roland Garros!!! Victories and loses are part and parcel of the game. Tsonga played the way Federer usually does! Reaching to the quarters of such big tournaments for past so many years in itself speaks of consistency. Federer has to build up more stamina and change his game and gameplan with change in his opponents game!
