after his spectacular beijing performance,bindra has done nothing to mention of.even in the commonwealth games 2010,he finished behind narang, & at asiad 2010, he failed to get a medal. that gold @ beiing got bindra awards/gifts etc to the tune of over 100 crores( including the plots,pent houses,cash etc)& this has made him lose all interest in doing better. similar was the case with rathore(silver medallist @ athens 2004).that is the difference between an indian and an american/chinese/german/korean/australian.they strive to better their performances.

Why does Abhinav Bindra have to bear the burdens of your day dreaming ? Do you have any idea how difficult it is to perform at the highest international levels ? There are very few international sportsmen who repeat their successes in successive Olympic games. Those who do become legends. But it is not like those who can not are in any way lesser people. Losers like you who carp about the Bindras and Rathores and Tendulkars etc whenever they fail are the real reason why as country we achieve so little internationally.
