Next time is always there... that's why these so-called "indian tennis aces" can never ever win a decent tournament.

So .. how many times has David or his folks lifted their sorry butts to compete somewhere in India or for India. It is an achievement to qualify . Get your brain off your butt and congratulate achievements so that the heights go higher for next person in line. Hold your replies abusing me as a Paki or muslim. I am neither..

It is sad indeed, we never produced a world class Tennis star.. All India tennis stars are big failure in Single's ( which counts) not men's doubles, women's double or mixed doubles.. Nobody even knows who are in top 10 ranks.. anyway, something is better than nothing.. Cheers

You are wrong Surya Das in making that statement, "We never produced a world class tennis star". It is obvious that you have not heard of Ramanathan Krishnan who was in the top 5 during his time. He was a back-to-back Wimbledon semi-finalist in 1961 and 1962. Both times he lost to the eventual champion Roy Emerson and Rod Laver. You need to brush up your knowledge before making such drastic statements.

Sorry SC, yes true Krishnan was the star who made us proud infact when i was 5yrs kid, I can still remember that he took us Davis cup semi final during early 90s.. Sorry, forgot abt that.. apart from his glory, I hardly remember except Paes bronze medal in Atlanta olympics.. Thanks for correcting me
