Any investigations must also include the ‘conspiracy’ angle because Kalmadi could have hit back !Whatever it is the athletes must be protected because they were completely under the control of the coaches and Sports managenet and even if they had taken some substance knowingly(as Saina claims) under instructions from the coaches etc, they cannot be expected to revolt or behave in any differently considering the career prospects ahead! Saina’s public statement was unwarranted because they were made known to her in PVT.and in confidence, and a simple girl like her could have blurted out something she should not have.Any way, better maturity commensurate with her status was expected of SAINA.The SAI in their investigatins must first rule out any ‘conspiracy’ angle then go about other aspects. After this keep your fingers crossed as to what is going to be the fate of the FORMULA event in OCT. or DEC.?

Saina did the best by bringing it out in open. Other atheletes don't have the guts to speak anything of such sorts, as they are more concerned of their career. Just because one come from poor background doesn't give them the license to cheat. If these atheletes knew it all the while, they are equally liable to pay for it. Let justice prevail and every person from the top to the bottom be brought to justice.
It is really sad our athletes, some of whom are from very humble background and from small locations who have given their best ever performance in CWG and in ASIADS are being targeted as ‘cheats’. There were no DOPE test failures then and when the entire country is expectantly looking forward to once again Best ever performance in 2012 London Olympics, then comes the unexpected Kalmadi’s Tihar sojourn and suddenly this DOPE scam, like a bolt from the blue breaks out in the media and hits at the very credibility of our athletes. Most of the atheletes who have failed DOPE TEST are junior most and would hardly expected to know so much details about DOPING etc. They must have been fully depended upon their coaches, mgt etc.Given this background, now, let me come straight to the point. How many of Kalmadis’ henchmen are loitering about in various sports bodies and whether VK Malhtra, who has taken over from Kalmadi and who is a straight and simple man can handle all Kalmadi’s men ?
