I watch these grand slams since when I was in 10th standard. The level of the game has risen steadily over these years in terms of both power and class. When Roger came, Sampras had to say goodbye not because his age was not on his side but because Fedex game was a step ahead of his game. Similarly when I saw this years wimbledon, especially quaterfinal onwards, I could easily figure out that the likes of Nadal Novak and tsonga has taken the game to a new height which is beyond Federer's both in terms of power, class and spirit. So I think Fedex days are over for ever especially in Grand slams.

no surprise at all ill mind people like u will always thnk like this. He is playing top level Tennis from last 8 years nw, dint won 10 slam over night and 11th is on there to bite. Every time he loose people say he doesnt have game like others and every time he win they say he dope,if u follow tennis check how Nova playing, check his energy level and power in return hw much different from last years, will u say that dope as well???. u r simply an rafa hater who doesnt have heart to accept his supremacy, dont worry Rafa is here to stay nothing less than 3 to 4 years

well said. Rafa is humble person and respect other players as well and when he is on court, he is a thorough professional.
even before wimbeldon started i predicted that it wud be dojokovic vs nadal in finals. Rest i guess do not hav the power or self belief to beat these 2 men. Even if dojokvic wud hav met fedex in semis, dojko wud hav easily defeated fedex. Nadal i guess when it comes to slams he is totally different player. The way he prepares himself for each point in itself shows his commitment. I a happy that atleast now there is dojokovic who can tame nadal in future, otherwise it wud hav been nadal all the way... Fedex its time to retire
Its absolutely amzing to see Rafa winnig again and again with his relentless effort. U just unbelievable Rafa, I think u played ur best Tennis match after 2008. Even though u won many in 2009-2010 but this was the match u played superbly and this will surely increase pulse rate of Nova. The only way Nova can loose if Nadal will take control to start with as Nova is nt very good starter and Nadal is amazing to carry on his lead as he did last night. Nova deserve no-1 spot but Nadal for sure deserve to win finale as well. U r the best athlete i have been across and so the most humble sportsperson. I cant c many people in sports world work so hard on ground. If we will compare over all game, Rafa will may come at no.5 or even 6 but his unbelievable figting spirit and desire to fight it till last give him top spot from last seven years. I m sure u will win tomorrow but even if u wont, i will keep loving u. Vamos Rafa

I don't know what Nadal does or has. A few days back, he could not stand during a 4th round match and now he is challenging for the title. How can he recover so fast? The ATP should investigate it thoroughly.

Rafa has 0-4 record against Novak this 2011 & lost all the 4 finals,2morrow's final Djokovic will win and make it 5 in a row.

Thats very dangerous to predict against rafa. He is nt only gud player but best tactical planner as well. For me its in favour of Nova 51-49 but i believe 49% possiblity is gud enuf 4 Rafa. Go 4 it Rafa, 11th slam is there to bite and so the Number-1 spot back again by 8th August
yup. the final will be a match between the best 2 players in the world both showed their class in each of the matches they played en route to the final. Am a Rafa fan but would not grudge Djokovic a well deserved victory as well
See Fedex went 6 times to French open final and beaten 5 times by Nadal and won once in his absence. Where as Nadal reached 5 times Wimbeldon final in last 6 yrs (one year he was not part of the wimbeldon due to injury), and he lost 3 times to Fedex and won twice. Hope he will win this tim, to make his tally to 11 slams.
Yes, quitee true that Murray probably the only player in recent history who has not won a grand slam, despite reaching 4 times semi finals and 2 finals in last 3 years in 4 slams.. Really sad, but hope he will oneday, like Djokovic, who was playing excellent but never won any slam till 2008 Aus open, now he has 2 slams.

Mr. Surya, Well said. However, a small correction : Nadal lost 2 times to Fedex (2006 & 2007), not 3 times. In 2005 he lost to Muller.
