This time even I say he will replace Federer. But you were saying the same 2 years back. Now your dream may come true.
I think djokivic has reached his prime form of the game... now it will be interesting to see how nadal defends his other three grand slam titles... in my opinion he will not be able to defend them.. chances are he might never ever win another slam

rocky...u should never count out great players like nadal and federer...when they go down, their urge to reclaim their position/possession even grows bigger...
in the pre match discussion, both vijay amrithraj & alan wilkins(star sports commentators) were profuse in their praise for murray & predicted him to be the favourite for the title. as murray lost the 1st set & djokovic took a decisive 3-0 lead in the 2nd set,the voices of these two worthies became lesser in volume.it is not understood why the sports commentators cannot remain impartial, & have to show their likings. in the case of wilkins one can understand his favourite being murray a fellow britisher, but why vijay should show his murray favouritism?is it that we have not been still able to get over our colonial mentalism.

Because Murray was winner of last 3 matches played between these two, that too in straight forward sets.

Djoko always has got less praise than he deserves. First, full limelight goes to Federer, after that to Nadal, and then Murray or Roddick because they are Brit or American. Djoko is going to overtake Federer soon and will give a tough fight to Nadal.
after routing FEDEX in straight sets he certainly was the fav to win and he proved that! its a good way to begin the season and lets see how the year unfolds!

so according to your logic, you mean roddick who was consistent top10 should have won atleast half of "many more" that you state?? keep dreaming, look at how fed/nadal will sweep the rest

It's bad luck of Roddick that he played in Federer era. But now when Federer career is near to end, others have equal chances.
