v blame individuals ,v have to blame the sysem for poor GOVERNENCE.v do many things of removal s to save the skin of rest in power. v have to implement the governence v have been talking since first regime took place .for publishing datas of each ministry with their report cards to public that how they have performed .in achieving the goals set for them in using the public money effectively.v r very particular about corporate governence but when it comes to govt, governence v look her and there to pass the buck. Every top authority has said that 15% of the allocation reaches to poor and for shemes but no action for its rectification is seen any where. One budget year should only be invested in developing the GOVT< GOVERNENCE it will put us at place that v will not be reqd to put in Taxes for next ten Years
Once again the Congress have shown that it will act resolutely against corruption, thanks to the leadership shown by Mdm Sonia Gandhi, Dr Manmohan Singh and Mr Rahul Gandhi.
