And so it begins...

You may recall that Rafael Nadal was not even able to play Wimbledon in 2009, to defend his championship, alleging that he had debilitating knee tendinitis. His withdrawal from that event came a few days after he skipped one of his two out of competition drug tests for that year (after arrogantly implying that he would do so). Following that, he began to receive injections in his knees in a treament called PRP, which involves reinjecting growth factors into the joints on it's face. Despite the fact that this treatment, in independent studies has been shown to be no better than salt water injections, he miraculously was healed of his alleged knee injury, going on to add 10 to 15 mph on his serve in one week after making a "grip change", a level of improvement that has probably never happened in the history of professional sports (with the exception of Barry Bonds and company). It has now come out in a Spanish doping investigation (Operation Greyhound, an extension of Operation Puerto from a few years ago, for which there have been rumors of Nadal's involvement), that treatments similar to the ones Nadal received are often used as a ruse to cover up doping, where a player fakes a knee or ankle injury in order to have steroids and other performance enhancing drugs injected into the joints. As you also might have noticed, Nadal's legendary stamina left him last week, as it often does in insignificant tournaments, only to magically return for slam

Djokovic, who is a popular member on the men's tour, refuses to adopt a 'WIN AT ALL COSTS' mentality. He said: "If I have to sacrifice being No. 1 in the world that's OK because I don't want to change my personality. It's more important for me to be a good person than to be a good tennis player."
----------------------------
u need to understand what does that "win at all costs" mean :-)

Yeah,I agree Del Potro is capable of doing what FedUp cant...beat Nadal. But he only has a slim chance and that too on hard courts only.

Where is Davydenko this year? That is the difference between Federer and other players.

I don't know what are you talking about but i think dopping leaves marks like too must of hard muscels, weight gain, and it reflects in the eyes just like Shoaib Akhatar.
