Indian Football reaching heights again
by vipul sareen on Jan 07, 2011 08:13 PM

Even though Indian team lost 7 out of 9 friendlies, they qualified for Asian Cup after a gap of 27 years. Thats a positive sign and it is same as what we see in cricket too. Indian Cricket team after a time period of low performance now had emerged as World no. 1 Test Team.
Similarly, Indian team had improved a lot over the span of three years and there are new talented player coming to the team. Asian Cup will provide these youngsters required experience and exposure at international level, which will benefit them later.
So, hope Baichung Bhutia's boys will try there best. All the best to Indian Team.
