Why is there no Live Telecast of the I League 2010-11? There was a report that I League has bagged a big sponsor and the Live Telecast will be taken care of. We fail to understand such a premier event of the country is not telecast Live. Will the authorities ensure that the remaining matches are telecast live. Every one wants to see the matches. We Mumbaites are denied the privilege of watching the matches at the Cooperage ground as this is not available and the matches are shifted to Kolhapur. Non-telecast of Live Matches of the I league is detrimental to the success of football. When India is making progress in football and the qualification to the Asia Cup is the proof (without considering the result), it is high time the authorities wake up and ensure that all the remaining matches of the I League are telecast live.
Hoping that better sense prevail and the AIFF bosses rise up to the occasion.
