The Scudetto appears to be far tighter this year than La Liga or the EPL.
Till the 90's, as was then quoted by the great Franz Backenbauer, the Serie A was the World's Top League, but, due to a lack of vision, poor marketing, and an absence of a strategy to capture Asian audiences has seen in it losing top spot, as has happened in the UCL over the last decade.
As a case in point, one may compare the fortunes of Chelsea with Juve over the last 10 years.
However, technically it is still very good, and sir, your observations are a pointer to that direction. The best talents: Mueller, Zico, Maradona, Redondo, Figo, Ronaldo-1, Platini, Matthaeus, Rijkaard, Van Basten, Gullit, Buffon, Cannavaro, Baggio, Zanetti and countless others had and are gracing it.
