It's easy to criticize when one is at the receiving end. The press & it's fraternity had not done it's homework. They expected a joy ride. But Jharkhand is a state where the unexpected is the routine. It has a legacy enlightened by the likes of Madhu Koda & company. It is not by default that Jharkhand has earned the duel tag of inefficiency & corruption. Ever since it's creation it has carefully nurtured the these two qualities of inefficiency & corruption. The innocent local tribals have been their targets & their vote banks. Let the press do a good turn by highlighting the Jharkhand as it grows uglier by the day.
when the cwg was such a mess, one can only imagine plight of athletes at these games..where nothing is at stake, no high level intervention to get things done.. and no one knows or cares about the games..
