Depth is critical

In the EPL, Man City & Tottenham, with their depth are best equipped to handle multiple competitions. This defeat may actually be a blessing in disguise for MU as they fight for survival in the Champions League. In the EPL, remaining second for a month or so may not be bad for them. Man City like MU also face elimination from Europe. All this favours Tottenham as they are not weighed by expectations unlike LFC, MU etc. However, MU, have the experience and SAF to guide them to another league title irrespective of how unimpressive they may be. In the UCL on the other hand, we should enjoy a great battle with Bayern Munich, Barca & RM the favourites while ACM, IM, Napoli, MU, Chelsea and Arsenal the dark horses. It is a real multi-starrer.

Spurs are in great form, and many would be really pleased to see them finish in top 2.

I won't be surprized to see city and Spurs in top 2 after all!!!

Alas, hope the 2 most decorated clubs roun d it off within the top 4 in the premier league.

As far as UCL goes, I believe this year the semis would have 3 teams in it for sure: barca, RM, Bayern. The 4th position is up for grabs between the gunners, red devils, milan among others....

Dont think City will make it through to the knockout stage anyway....

Down Fall?

The recent form of Man U is not great. Looks like they are low on confidence and not converting chances they are getting?
The fact that Man City has maintained the lead in EPL is not helping them. The team looks jaded and Rooney recently in EPL matches running like a lost boy
