You have jokingly told an eternal truth - the truth of "face value". Like it or not, a good looking person always has better chance.
Comparing Bhutia and Vijayan it is extremely difficult to say who is better. However, since Vijayan did not have a good "face" (not his fault) he could not be an icon.
Boss, if two women are of same talent the one who has good looks prevails. That is what it is, not what it should be - like it or not!!
If Rahul Gandhi looked like IM Vijayan.... I wonder....
