It will not be surprise that,indian team will return silently incognito. The entire team miserably failed and lived up to World No.1 earned by default.

This is the biggest joke i have ever came across. First of all, who is this Chief Minister, Shivraj Singh Chouhan of Madhya Pradesh? Never heard his name. And who gave him right to discuss about the great SACHIN TENDULKAR? He is nowhere near him.Sachin should definately get the bharat ratna, because he desevres and he is the first one who should get this, becuase due to him only the law has been changed. And the other thing, where were these people, who are now talking about bharat ratna for others

Mr. Nikhil, If y ou do not know the Chief Ministers of our States in India then it is shamefull, first be a proper citizen of India knowing the basics and then talk about Bharat Ratna.

Come on nobody knows him. Then why in the news it has been given as chief minister of madhya pradesh? He has given this statement to come in limelight. Such cheap people do this. People should be like Sachin, Amitabh, When we say Sachin, everybody knows that we are talking about sachin tendulkar. Sirf naam hi kafi hein.
i completely agree with Shivraj Singh ji sachin deserve no bharat ratna for him cricket is a money making instrument bharat ratna should be conferred to thos who's service is selfless. Jai Hind

of late all these national honours are bought. I think, India, at this stage can only boast of two consistent sports persons - Viswanathan Anand, Chess and Pankaj Advani - Snooker.
I prefer Bharat Ratna for Anand instead of Sachin given the nature of sport he plays and won against toughest players of Russia and Europe.
How can INDIA call it self Cricket World Champions? Because Hardly Most of the countries around the world play cricket. Only 8 to 10 countries play cricket and the rest are forced to play cricket & if there are no players in those countries they send Indian players there. BULL SHEET THIS CRICKET IS, If INDIA need to come up and get recognisation the media should stop blah blah on cricket and tell these guys to spend money atleast to bring up the FOOTBALL culture to get recognisation. NOW CURSE ME FOR SPEAKING THE TRUTH, THATS WHAT INDIA IS FOR.

Agreed. How can we give Bharathratna to a player whose world is only 12 countries. It will be an insult to that award. This country got name in world sports not in Cricket but in Athletics,Shooting,Wrestling,Boxing which are not so supported by Visual media bcoz they don't get any income from Advertisements

Its the same with many of the sports. And FYI and broadcasting, Cricket is played in about 105 affiliate nations where 60 are Associate members, 35 are Affiliate members and 10 are full members and the rest are. (Source: ICC website)
When these Cricketers came out to voice concern for COMMON MEN. Even in the present heavy tumultous situation, when Anna is bating for Common Men, these Cricket vultures are hell bent in fooling public through Cricket. They are minting money and in the name of Humanity , spend a pinch of it especially in the high glare of Media. Sachin Tendu is the most selflish person I can ever imagine to see. It will be insult of Humanity and that Bharat Ratna if he accepts it. If Sachin stands by Team Anna and fight for a big cause, then nobody will have any objection to this.
Cicket is neither our national game nor our cricket team represent India. All records made by cricketrs are their individual records , does not bring any pride or achievement for nation. BCCI is autonous body , does not come under Ministry of Sports too , cricket team is part of BCCI ,hence it is a private body does not bear our national symbol. Bharat Ratna is given to one who achieves or bring glory to nation not to any autunomous body. Sachin or any other cricketer even brighter than sachin does not qualify for Bharat Ratna. If it is given , it will be only for political reason nothing else.

Sachin himself has claimed (to get tax benefits) that he is full time actor and not a cricketer.. Does he deserve Award for his acting career?
As we all aware Indian team is not National team it is the team of BCCI, world's richest club. And it is not a game which played in Olympic, nor in common wealth of games, Asian games. It is the game of celebrities.
Give Bharat Ratna to
1. Hockey players who bought gold medal earlier. 2. Chess players / Shooting players / Sprinters etc.... They are supposed to be the model of your youth, not Dhoni like members.
As you all aware DHONI WITHOUT, RAJANI, GHAJANI UTTERLY FAILED in Engalnd.
First ask them to watch LAGAAN-Amirkhan movie then lead BCCI-team
Mr. Chief Minister, You Please First request the Central government to give Bharat Ratna to Well deserved national leader Shri. Atal Bihari Vajpaiji, your own Party leader and the pure national leader for all.What Sachin Tendulkar did for the country? He amassed huge amount for himself.
Why should Sachin be given Bharat Ratna ? What is his contribution to the country ? No doubt he has earned crores of rupees by playing cricket and endorsing various brands but that only shows he is very business minded. To the best of my knowledge he has not done any act of philanthropy nor has he supported any social class. No one can deny his cricketing calibre but thinking of giving Bharat Ratna is not justified
