Why Indian Govt. Invest Rs. 70,000 Crs in CWG ?
by itz Scorpion on Sep 29, 2010 12:06 PM  | Hide replies

I think Indian Govt. is fooling poor in this country. Bcuz presently in India more poor people are living under salary Rs. 3,000 per month with no other facilities. Why not invest this Rs. 70,000 Crs project in given some facilities to poor people in India. like free hospitals, pension, donation, Loans, Jobs etc..

CWG failure
by sunil balan on Sep 29, 2010 12:02 PM  | Hide replies

After investing more than 70,000 crores & divide it by 1.1 billion Indians that is the cost we paid from the new born kid to 100 year old person for this.

•      It should have at least completed prior 3 months for the athletes to practice over there.
•      How about the security of the stadium, even now any person can get in & fix a timer, then how will the security be covered for the people & athletes.
•      Don’t encourage this then gen next will think that our parents knew the corruption but then also encouraged the match (Boycott completely that is how in a democratic process we can change the process of injustice.
•      It’s a complete corruption but still the same people are at the helm of the affairs. ( It’s our money how can they siphon of the amount to the safe havens, so don’t encourage the nation traitors.
•      The below pictures are nothing positive, the government have robbed the money from you & invested 10% on pictures & rest of the fund are kept in individual Swiss a/c, for which that amount is not helping you/your nation.

Our govt is more into business than charity. They snatch money from middle class people and run the country but consider it as charity if it has to be given back. If CWG is successful then Govt will get double benefits out of this investment, on the otherhand they will get nothing in return if given to poor and needy. We people dont deserve good living conditions as we adjust to any filthy environment very soon.

I appreciate your bravery of believing that if CWG was not held, poverty would have vanished from India ! Billions are looted every year in India, just realise that atlease some money is spent on games and to showcase and build the image of the country...successfull CWG will increase our soft power, good performance by our sports persons will show to the world the strength of our youth,a kind of hard power, these things matters in today's world and increases the bargaining power of a country...
