u r 100 % correct .... india is a joke on democracy, almost 50 % of indians don't vote ... it really a shame, that we cannot give few minutes of our life to vote. If these 50 % votes, u can see drastic change, our politicians will not sing the song of religion, secularism but will concentrate on devlopment.
