I am really surprised the way Manmohan Singh govt has performed in last 2 years considering the fact that much was said at the time of election that he is weak PM indeed he has been in last 2 years atleast.

I respect him as a person but he has kept quite on most of the critical issues like Kashmir, CWG and Inflation, Land acquisition etc.

Further on other ground such as taxation reforms like DTC GST, Companies Bill, FDI policy and other host of issues, the govt has failed miserably.

Indians should support the game but.........
by abhinav on Sep 24, 2010 02:41 PM

as soon as they are over...........demand shooting the corrupt ministers like kalmadi, sonia, mms etc......daily marches and a national movement needs to be launched thereafter.......till the culprits are brought to book........

by far this is the worst govt. India has got post -independence........even worse than headed by VP Singh........we need to bring it down.....

Gold Medal Sushil Kuma
by krishan kumar on Sep 24, 2010 02:35 PM

I fuuly agree with him. Mr MS Gill should learn some lesson from himi.e. to respect Guru. The way he treated his coach was most irresponsible. PM should advice him to behave. He has totally failed in his department

Congrats Sushil Kumar!

You have done the nation proud.

But one disagreement with the title "It is not easy to win a gold medal"
It clearly depends on the discipline. Look at our politicians. Will win why gold, even platinum/diamond medals with ease at all international corruption competitions, international moron olympics etc

The Real Ambassador
by Yogesh Hasabnis on Sep 24, 2010 01:54 PM

That's it Sushil Kumar !! Well said !! You are the real ambassador for these games. Other sportsmen and sportswomen would do well to follow Sushil Kumar's attitude towards the games. They are Indian representatives and they have no business to make negative statements on the Delhi CWG in public. I hope Miss Saina Nehwal is listening !!

Don't worry mr. sushil you win the gold medal. Kalmadi is here. The tough competitor is not participate and you have enough chance to get it. This is the reason behind the win of gold medal and ongoing work is move on slow pace.Just face the battle field like kalmodi. Kalmodi Na kamal kardaga to win gold medal from commonwealth game for India.

Snidgha, we all have a grudge against what sports minsters and administration did to the CWG, but just keep guys like Sushil aside as he really is a true champ and has proved his mettle in games played outta country..
