Did anyone realise that this problem came due to laxed attitude of labour and PPAN AND GUTHKAA.
I do not know why Indian govt. is behind promotion of Guthkaa. You will not find food, water, pen pencil......but you will surely find people selling Paan and Guthkhaas every 10 meters.
You will find the same scene in case you purchase a flat with any builder any where in India. While recvg. hand over of flat by any builder, you will have to get the Paan and Guthkaa stains removed with huge efforts...
This national shame has been forced on not only by politicians but also by people who eat tobacco instead of eating food...
Hi, I request you all not to get angry with all innocent politicians like Kalmadi, Shiela, Bhanot... These are one of the most hard working people in Congress. No one should say anything against them. They have done a lots of hard work in reaching at the top...

yes we should applaud them...despite limitations they r doing a great job...If some athletes dont want to come here due to so called "health and safety concerns" Its their problem. We are doing our best and so far we are going the right way! Remember we have also made the world class T3 terminal international airport in a record of 39 months! which is nothing short of an engineering marvel and shows what India is capable of. No one is talking about this...we are just focussing on those pics which some small time british media person has clicked...its time to be united and stand by our country!
the apartments will be sold and kalmadi and congress will huge money once again. this is the way Gandhi family survived all these yrs, never earned in life

if you were in their place certainly u would do the same dear friend.
Hello Friends....let me tell you the situation in delhi regarding CWG is not that bad as it is made out to be. Our media certainly deseves a thrashing for showing wrong and focussing only on the bad things rather than showing some good things about India. The stadium is well made and also the dinning room where all the players will have food is world class. Even the staying conditions are good. Its some bloddy british media person has taken photographs of the room and the toilet. Do we know or do we have a check that under what circumstances he has taken those images...It can also be a act to tarnish our country's image. Without verifying these things we all are ready to start criticising and talking bad about our won country. Our politicians are so shameless that even if british media will pay them...they will sell the nation too. Its true corruption and all dirty work is happening in India...but this happens in every part of world. Dont Aussies cheat in playing cricket and beating Indias...do those people show these news to our news channel?

Aditya:
Very well said.... dirty rooms and collapsing bridges and decade long building projects are so routine for us that we should not criticize the government for these "small things"... :)
We should rather SHOUT AT THE TOP OF OUR VOICE on "Australians cheating in playing cricket"... :)

Aussies are rather insecure as they feel everything is proper in India and that they wont win any medal as they wont be able to cheat and win one!
Can't we think outside the proverbial box and run the show in a deserving city? New Delhi is embroiled in failure. Stop feeding the pig and move it to the south where things actually work better.

Hi buddy its too late to complain now we should at least save the face by being a part of CWG. Lets be Indian and allow sports and our country's pride be salvaged.

@ Arvind, I understand where you are coming from. But by totally boycotting the Opening cermemony (atleast), we are sending a much stronger message to the world.
A message that we, as Indians do not stand for corruption & incompetence. I think we will earn a hell of a lot of goodwill & respect by taking this stand.
By trying to be a part & make the games a success, we will only play into the hands of Kalmadi, Bhanot & Dixit. It will simply give them another opportunity to beat their chest & declare the game a rousing success.

Hi Arvind, It is not abt pride, pride is already lost but if we made it success then actually we support corruption. In the whole event they not even bothered to take people into consideration. The problem is misuse of our money. 70k cr is not a small amt.

@ Spring, I want to reply to your absurd arguments, but I am convinced your mental faculties aren't mature enough to interpret them.
