1) Each venue should be given charge to one person. e.g. Village, Trasnsportation, Security, Food, Arrival/Departure.......
2) Each person would report to PMO directly.
3) Remove OC.
4) 5 areas 5 person needed who can be held responsible.
5) Things should improve,

My points (to be taken sarcastically)

1. Ask Indian and Foreign atheletes to clean their own rooms before checking-in.
2. Free Medals for atheletes who can help in construction work also.
3. Ask govt officials to go out of India(of course on temporary basis till we host next event) to place like dubai and enjoy their well hard-earned with their families.
4. Raise prices of TV's, Radio, Newspapers by applying special information Tax somewhere between 40-500% so that very less people can get access to accurate information.
5. Spend more money to research a memory erasing vapour and release it all over the world till CWG games get over. After games are over, everyone will think the arrangment was first class.

1.Ask the media to stop tarring the image of our country.
2.Persuade atheletes who liked the games village ,to give positive reviews.
3.Make a video of the best facilities and infrastructure of the games village and spread it around the world so that everyone can decide for themselves.
4.The government should directly review whatever reports are being given out by the media.
5.Lastly,of course try your best to complete all the work and give special attention to all guests .Even if work cannot be completed, attention can be diverted to better aspeccts of the games.
All the best!!!!

1. Ask the Media not to go gaga on the news as they are continously showing for a small thing
2. Dont let the things out of hand to media or other person.
4 As the image of India is under threat ask media to cover nationwide cultare and spots to attract Atheletes.
5 Thank Suresh kalmadi he has brought India to Global recoganisation to Carry CWG in India

Our failure in CWG is due to our attitude of delaying tactics
by robertson james on Sep 25, 2010 04:40 PM  | Hide replies

Fire fighting is our Indian Trade Mark. We waite till the situation become critical. We expect to bypass rules and regulations when things become emergent. We, Indians are experts in delaying actions and approvals intentionally to loose precious time. We used to be so confident on our achievement in so called man made emergent situations and have become over confident, which made us to see failure now in CWG. Why don't we change our attitude and go for systematic planning in such prestigious projects. This is possible only when we identify and give responsibility and power to select individuals. The success story of Delhi Metro, Delhi Airport, Jindal Steel etc. tells us this.

1. Ask the athletes to adapt the Indian situtaion, as they are coming here to get medal and money.
2.Ask the criticising countries, do they stop their corporates to do business in India because Indian living conditions are not like their own country?
3.Also ask the members of criticising countries, have they ever criticised their own country for not providing Indians to live in their own country as per Indian culture?
4. Ask the criticising participants of other countries, how many of them are having better living conditions in their own houses than being provided at present in India? Have they ever criticised their own country organisations for not providing better living conditions like the one they get during these types of games in any country?
5.Ask them also the question, have they ever concerned about the living conditions of poor people in India and criticised their countrymen for not extending the support hand to improve the standards of poor in India?

My advise
by Suresh Malepati on Sep 25, 2010 04:17 PM

It is players participation that makes any games, irrespective of olympics,CWG or Asian, us watch. Considering the very pathetic state of affairs let us put sign boards like...."There are your games so you need to do everything yourselves...like cleaning the roads, purifying the water in the swimming poools , cleaning the dust off sports instruments and the medals will be awarded for the best cleaner, for the best purifyer and for the best dust cleaner".....
